Youssef Azad started his career in 1996 in Procurement & Logistics management, he has worked in different industries including Manufacturing, Aerospace and Higher Education.
In 2012, Youssef was initiated to the mortgage industry as a loan processor with a mortgage structuring company in Quebec and Ontario where he worked part time till 2014 and decided to get registered with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) in Ontario and with the Authorité Des Marchés Financier (AMF) in Quebec as a Licensed Mortgage Agent to start offering his services in both provinces. In 2023 Youssef has extended his mortgage Agent licensing to Alberta & British Columbia.

In addition to conventional mortgages financing, Youssef specialises as well in Islamic financing structures for both residential and commercial properties and have partnered with different Sharia complaint structuring companies to provides different solutions to Muslims in Canada and the USA.

Since he started, Youssef helped hundreds of families with their financing needs and as of 2022, with his record success, he was recognized for his lifetime achievement in mortgage origination and awarded the highest awards in the company, the Elite Hall of Fame award.
